Each edition of the PNK offers a slightly different mix of content – both audio and in the booklet – all tailored specifically to the needs of the audience. Easily transfer the audio sessions from the two Power Nap discs to your iPod or mp3 player for use anywhere, anytime you need a caffeine-free, pill-free burst of energy.

Three (3) voice-guided power nap sessions, along with accompanying introductions. The intros are included in separate tracks so you can use the power nap audio session independently of the intro, after the first listen. Each nap relaxation session ends with a gong/bell sound that gets increasingly louder so that you will wake up surely but gently. Ideal for those times when you need to relax and fall asleep quickly but your mind is racing and you need help.
Power Nap Disc 2 (Adult Edition)
Three (3) music-only power nap sessions. Each session ends with a gong/bell sound that gets increasingly louder so that you wake up surely but gently. Ideal for those times when you want to take a quick nap and just need some relaxing music to drown out the background noise around you so you can quickly drift off into sleep.

An upbeat collection of contemporary, acoustic and neo-classical instrumental music from various At Peace® Music CD recordings along with a spoken voice introduction on the first track.
